TOP DECK HOLIDAY HOUSE RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

What to Bring        Things to Do

The House

Set in tranquil Osprey Drive within the ‘new’ section of Marion Bay, Top Deck offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 people (two queen size beds and one bedroom with 4 bunks).

Top Deck is an elevated 2 storey house providing views across Innes National Park and glimpses of Marion Bay. The house provides ample parking for cars and boats with undercover parking if required. Inside, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning, colour TV, DVD & Video player.  We provide tea, coffee and sugar at the house but if you require ground coffee please bring your own …there is a plunger available in the kitchen.

A large open area underneath the house provides an ideal entertainment area including a games environment with Table Tennis and Dart Board.  The downstairs area also provides a 4 Burner BBQ and fish cleaning facility.

Top Deck is only a short walk to Willyama beach and within 5kms of Innes National Park.

Unfortunately Top Deck Accommodation is not suitable for pets so we ask you not to bring them.  As a reminder, pets are also prohibited from entering Innes National Park.

What to Bring Top

Guests of Top Deck are asked to provide their own bathroom towels, bed sheets (top & bottom) and pillow slips.  All other bed linen and tea towels are provided.

Groceries are available from the Marion Bay store but it is advisable to stock-up in town before you come down.  Lunch and dinner are available at the Marion Bay Tavern and Rhinos Tavern (Stenhouse Bay) and takeaway is available at the Marion Bay Store and Stenhouse Store.  The General stores also provide bait and petrol.

A washing line is available at the house and if you wish to do a load of washing then laundry facilities are available at the Marion Bay caravan park which is a short drive from the house.

Things to Do Top

For the fishing enthusiasts, the Marion Bay jetty is renowned for squid, tommy ruff and garfish. Penguin Point and the Willyama beach offer mullet, tommy ruff and the occasional mulloway. There is also a boat ramp near the jetty for boaties.  The jetty at Stenhouse Bay is also a popular fishing location (but you will need to pay to get access into the Innes National Park)

The Beaches at Marion Bay are just right for relaxing or swimming.  The beaches in Innes National Park are breathtaking but can also be dangerous for swimming…please observe the warning signs.

A Surf Break sometimes works at Marion Bay (Penguin Point) but for more consistent conditions the Innes National Park takes some beating!

If you enjoy walking then Marion Bay and the Innes National Park will keep you entertained for many days.
