Penguin Point Beach House is a large 3 bedroom western red cedar house with verandahs all round. Situated on 2 blocks of land, ample parking for cars, boats etc. A very comfortable family home which sleeps 8 people - 2 queensize beds and 2 bunk beds.

Has sea views over looking Conservation Reserve & Penguin Point. Very close beach access to Willyama Beach, 5km from Innes National Park, fully fenced, large backyard, outdoor entertainment area with gas BBQ. Fully equiped kitchen, wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, fridge/freezer, microwave, colour TV and Austar Satellite TV, DVD/Video player, CD player, cot and high chair (if required), etc ....

Penguin Point Beach House is a very clean and comfortable home which offers a very tranquil setting.

Pets Negotiable, but strictly must stay out of the house!!

Tea, coffee, and sugar supplied.

Guests to bring own food, towels, quilts and bed linen (pillows supplied on all beds. Tea towels are also supplied).
Facilities at Marion Bay include a General Store for food, bait, petrol, etc. The General Store also offers a cafe and just behind the General Store is the Marion Bay Tavern.

For the fishing enthusiasts, the Marion Bay jetty is good for squid, tommy ruff and garfish. Penguin Point and the beach offer mullet, tommy ruff and the occasional mulloway. There is also a boat ramp near the jetty for boaties.

The caravan park which is about 400m away from Penguin Point offers laundry facilties.
